How To Make A 3 Round (Semi-Auto) Shotgun with mostly recyclable Materials

Hello guys! I'm back with one of the best inventions I ever made (Maybe it's because I like guns a lot but who cares)! I just made my "White Shadow" Shotgun with built in Scope. And I'm going to show you how to make one of your very own!

  • Materials
1) A large/small sheet of styrofoam measuring 1 inch (2 and a 1/2 cm) thick which you can ge from
ArtFriend for almost nothing.
2) A styrofoam cutter with a C Battery. I got mine from Daiso. (See Below left)

3) A Hot Glue Gun (Should be able to get from ArtFriend for around $5+-).
A Wood Nail
4) A Clothespin (So Easy to find). See bottom left
5) A hammer
6) 3 Small Wood Nails (Artfriend) See Left

7) A Long, Sturdy cardboard roll (To be gotten from used Cling Wraps and Aluminium Foil)

  • Procedure:

  1. Take the Styrofoam and cut out this shape:
Take the Styrofoam and cut out this shape
You may want to try it out and see if it fits your hand comfortably. Then, make ajustments.

2.  Cut out the triangluar shape shown in the pic to make your grip.

Cut out a semi-circular hole shown in the pic.  This will be your "Trigger Guard"

3. Glue gun your finished grip to your roll. Make sure that there is a little gap between the grip and the roll to allow your nose to rest when using the scope.

4. Glue gun the clothespin to the flat part (where the styrofoam is straight) shown in the pic on the right.

5. Hammer in nails:

  • 2 at the sides somewhere near the clothespin
  • 1 at the front
  • All shown in the pic below:

6. Insert a Rubber Band through the clothespin and let the rubber band slide right through until you hear a click. Pull the band to the front and "Hook" it onto the nail. To fire, squeeze your hand which will open the clothespin and the rubber band will shoot out and hit your target. Please watch the video below:
Optional Melee/Bayonet:

7. Take a wooden chopstick and sand the tip down till it's nice and sharp. You can test it out on your siblings if you have any and see if they'll jump! LOL.
8. Take the extra semi-circle styrofoam bit when you cut it out in step 2 and hot glue gun it to the barrel .
Then, poke a hole through it so that your chopstick can fit in perfectly and touch your grip. This will be your Bayonet Holder. Your end product should look like this:
